Careers
Join our team in advancing sleep medicine
Become part of one of Australia’s leading sleep medicine practices, where excellence in patient care meets innovative research and collaborative teamwork.
Our Philosophy
The collaborative, team-focused approach at MSDC is inspired by founder Dr John Swieca’s experience at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Psychologists, technologists, researchers and support staff work alongside sleep physicians to provide coordinated care for patients with complex sleep disorders. Sleep physicians practise independently and retain responsibility for their patients, clinical judgement and professional practice.
We believe the best outcomes for patients with sleep disorders come from blending the latest advances in sleep medicine, behavioural strategies, and advanced technology. Every team member contributes critically to this integrated process of assessment, monitoring, and treatment.
Current Opportunities
As we continue to expand our services across Victoria, we are always interested in hearing from talented professionals who share our commitment to excellence in sleep medicine.
SLEEP PHYSICIANS
Sleep physicians can practise independently with MSDC while agreed administration is handled for them. This is a practice arrangement, not an employment position. Learn about practising with MSDC and register your interest.
SLEEP TECHNOLOGISTS
Experienced sleep technologists dedicated to accurate recordings and compassionate patient care are vital to our diagnostic services at every location. They perform overnight sleep studies and daytime tests using advanced equipment. Proficiency in polysomnography, home sleep studies, CPAP titration, and patient education is essential. We also offer ongoing professional development to support growth in this important role.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPPORT ROLES
Our dedicated administrative and support professionals ensure seamless patient care coordination from initial contact through ongoing treatment. They expertly manage reception, appointment scheduling, patient education, and practice operations to remove non-patient tasks from clinicians’ workloads. This allows physicians to focus fully on delivering quality care, confident that the administrative and technical teams are streamlining their day-to-day activities with compassionate, efficient support.
